Emily Rodriguez is a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor who has background in multiple styles of yoga, including (but not limited to) prenatal and kid’s yoga.
Our all-level Hatha is a gentle class that incorporates various yoga principles into a relaxing and refreshing experience. A typical class starts with a little centering and a breathing practice (pranayama), followed by a flowing sequence of poses, and finishes with rest and meditation (savasana). Perfect for any level, from beginner to advanced, this class is designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated.
